I don't even know where to begin. I am the proud owner of a new 2025 Honda Odyssey Touring! The staff are what makes this dealership stand out from all the rest. From the moment I walked through the door, Marc F. made it his mission to make sure that I drove off in exactly what I was looking for. Give that man a raise! He knows every detail and feature about every car on the lot and was there every step of the way from helping me figure out what car would fit everything I was looking for, to moving all of my stuff into my new ride for me while I chased after my 2 kiddos. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated, and I knew from the beginning that he was in it for the long haul, no matter how long it might take. No pressure, just pure support. He put up with my early morning phone calls, staying way past quitting time, and happily answered the millions of questions I had along the way. He helped me go from "just looking" to driving off in my dream car. He made me feel like he was on my side, on my team, and I knew I could trust him 100% which means literally EVERYTHING when you are at a car dealership. He didn't bat an eye when I wanted to load up all the car seats and kids and do a real life test drive, practicing parking, school drop off ins and outs, and trying out ALL the features. He's literally the best. Ask for Marc, I promise you won't be disappointed. Then there was Jim M., the sales manager. This man moved literal mountains for me to make this deal happen. My past experience was that the dealership is not on your side, but Jim went to work FOR me and made all the details fit what I needed, not the other way around. He made the math make sense, went back and forth a million times on my behalf to fight for what I needed until we worked out a deal that was perfect for everyone. Again, I felt like he was on MY side and truly wanted me to leave with the best possible deal. If you go car shopping and the sales manager won't sit in a little tiny kid's chair in the playroom next to your crazy kids, then you went to the wrong dealership my friend. I ended up leaving with a nicer vehicle then I had planned on getting, paying WAY less then I thought I would pay, all because Marc & Jim made my experience so incredible. I hope they read this some day and know that they have made such a huge difference for me and my kiddos and all their hard work didn't go unnoticed.
